General Conference Weekend

So excited for church- he was getting himself ready before his nap. We have 1pm church so I always lay his clothes out before his early nap... he gets so excited for nursery now. We usually have a melt down before his nap because he just wants to get dressed and go to church.

Don't know if you can tell, but Jacob is in bed cuddled up with Tyler and Curious George. Tyler loves to snuggle with Jake and wishes they could nap together. Not yet- Tyler is a little crazy in his sleep.

yup- sweet jake thought one wasn't enough. now, if only i can get him to eat again so he doesn't end up dehydrated!

It's the little things...

Just a few things that I don't want to forget...

When we turned onto our street on the way home from Utah Tyler started clapping and cheering. Then, when we walked in the door he kept saying, "new carpet!"...I didn't think we were gone that long...or maybe he was just telling me we need new carpet since ours is looking pretty sad these days.

Jacob cut his first tooth! bottom left. He is 5 1/2 months old. The second tooth is visible but not through the gums yet. He is eating his cereal like it's going out of style and he loves tummy time now. He will just lay down and cuddle into the ground, usually on his cute froggy quilt that Jessica made him.

Tyler woke up freaking out at night a few nights ago. I had to sleep with him and Jacob in their room. Once he was out, I left. Within 5 minutes he fell out of his bed for the first time ever! He was so upset and confused but I got him back to sleep.

Tyler's nap yesterday was another first. The monitor had died, but then I heard a very loud Tyler crying...which couldn't be coming from in his room, behind his closed door. He had got out of bed and was standing in the hallway looking lost! Poor thing- I'm pretty sure he was sleep walking or something?!

Jacob was asleep in the jumper- until the camera made noises :) That's a first!
