Well, as it goes in the real estate world, we had a week full of meetings. We met with our Lender on Friday to go over numbers. Now all we have to do is wait for this lender to decide if our "front end" ratio (whatever that means) cuts it for them to lend us the moola. Everything looks good and we are hoping for the best, however I am being a realist (although I am typically the undying idealist) and preparing for the worst.
Even with things a little sketchy for now we checked up on the progress of good old Aspen Shadow Street and to our surprise the walls were almost completely drywalled! We had some other surprises too- like the second bedroom being turned into the "Master #2" which includes a sink and linen closet in the room. Not sure if I love that part or not since it takes up room space- but now both bathrooms technically have 2 sinks...maybe good for resale?!
All that being said- here are some pics that will make zero sense to most of you but, the drywall is a beautiful thing.
